Luther William Cave Jr. , 77, of Luray, died on Friday, Feb. 17, 2023, at Skyview Springs Nursing and Rehab.
He was born on Sept. 14, 1945, in Luray and was a son of the late Luther William Cave and Gernie Thomas Cave.
Mr. Cave worked at the Page Co-op Farm Bureau for 30 years.
His wife, Donna Sue Derrow Cave, preceded him in death. He is survived by a son, William Cave of Luray. He was preceded in death by six sisters, Dorothy Marie Cave, Jean Breeden, Louise Cave, Nettie Cave, Judy Jenkins and Catherine Turner; and two brothers, Arthur Wayne Cave and Charles “Frankie” Cave.
A private graveside service will be conducted on Thursday, Feb. 23, at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Luray.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 22, at the Bradley Funeral Home.
