Page Valley News highlights adoptable pets

from the Page County Animal Shelter to showcase their personality.

This is Hannah!

Hannah is an approximately 1- or 2-year-old dilute calico tabby. She is spayed and up-to-date on her vaccinations. She was brought to the shelter after a concerned couple found her outside their home. They originally brought her inside their home, but decided it was best that she went to the shelter since she had a bad cold. Since then, she has been put on medication, beaten her upper respiratory illness, and is looking better than ever!

You’ll notice that Hannah has a bit of a winky eye. She has been experiencing some chronic irritation since she arrived. She’s been reluctant to let us help her with it, so treating her has been a challenge. But we’re doing what we can to help her in other ways that don’t involve us putting ointment in her eye.

Hannah is a fairly mellow and relaxed cat. Most of her day is spent napping wherever she pleases. She has tiny, soft meows that she uses to get your attention. Hannah is a very affectionate and loving cat.

“How affectionate?” you might ask. Well, she’s so affectionate that she likes to make a challenge out of cleaning her kennel. She loves to brush up against you and would love to be the center of your world!
