February 2, 1987 — Major William Page Menefee, home from a year’s assignment in Vietnam, was honored last week by the Miller- Campbell-Baker Post No. 22 of the American Legion, when he was presented a membership in the Post.
He was the first Vietnam veteran from Page County to take membership in the local Post.
