The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the grounds of having lived separate and apart, continously, without interruption and without cohabitation for a period in excess of one (1) year.
It appearing from an affidavit that due diligence has been used by or on behalf of Plaintiff to ascertain in what county or city the Defendant is, without effect, it is ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court within ten days after due publication of this Notice and do what is necessary to protect his interest herein.
