October 24, 1889 — A charter, granted by Judge Turner, incorporating the Blue Ridge Iron Co., was admitted to record in the clerk’s office of the county, Oct.17, 1889.
The authorized capital of the company is to be not less than $300,000 nor more than $1,000,000.
The object of said company is to mine ores.
The principal office of the company is to be in Luray.
