Peggy Ann (Hoak) Turner, 84, of Valleyburg Rd., Luray, Va., died Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Skyview Springs Nursing & Rehab in Luray, Va.
She was born on Saturday, May 23, 1936, a daughter of the late Hunter Reuben and Julia Novel (Griffith) Hoak.
Peggy retired after 40-plus years from Wrangler in 2001.
She married Harry Clarence Turner on November 1, 1958, who died.
She is survived by two sons, Eric Turner, and Rodney and wife Tracey Turner of Luray; two grandsons, Spencer and Katelyn Turner of Stuarts Draft, Va., Corey and wife Mikayla Turner and their daughter Avery Turner all of Luray, Va.
The family received friends at the Bradley Funeral Home on Saturday, August 29, 2020 from 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service was held at the Bradley Funeral Home on Sunday, August 30, 2020 at 1 p.m.
Burial will be at Morning Star Lutheran Cemetery, in Luray, VA
