Richard Narozniak, 71, of Stanley, passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.
He was born on August 30, 1952, in Neptune, New Jersey, and was a son of the late Harry Narozniak Sr. and Iona Heege Narozniak.
Richard lived most of his life in Englishtown and Freehold, New Jersey, before moving to Stanley in 1983. He worked at Valley Gas, then Quarles Petroleum in Stanley for more than 30 years. He was an avid fisherman and softball player.
Richard is survived by his wife of 27 years, Wanda Good Narozniak; two sons, Brian Richard Narozniak and wife Jennifer, and Kevin Scott Narozniak and wife Tracey; three granddaughters, Shea Narozniak, Alexia Jenkins and Jessica Webb; one grandson, Jacob Webb; one sister, Patricia Narozniak Wall of Asheville, North Carolina; one brother, Thomas Narozniak of Beachwood, New Jersey; one sister-in-law, Brenda Cubbage; two brothers-in-law, David Good and Bobby Good; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Rose Biddle, Frances Keimig and Sandra Webb; and two brothers, Harry Narozniak Jr. and Raymond Narozniak.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 20, at the Bradley Funeral Home by Jimmy Painter and Jacob Webb, with visitation one hour prior to the service, from 1-2 p.m. Burial will be in the Leake’s Chapel Cemetery in Stanley.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Stanley Volunteer Fire Department or to the Stanley Volunteer Rescue Squad.
