August 3, 1989 — Page County Circuit Court Judge Joshua L. Robinson of Luray is the new chief judge of the 26th judicial circuit.
Robinson, 66, replaces Judge Robert K. Woltz of Winchester who retired from the bench Monday.
“I’m honored to be chosen as chief judge, and I will try to serve the people to the best of my ability and bring efficient administration of justice to the circuit,” Robinson said Monday at an informal gathering in his chamber in honor of the retiring judge.
