February 17, 1887 — Mr. Peter Sours had a live crowd on his farm last Saturday, the occasion being an old- time rock-hauling.
There were 13 teams and 40 men on hand who in a few hours removed about 250 loads.
Peter has one of the best farms in that section and he is every year improving it.
Our informant says the large crowd, while an orderly one, was in the best of spirits, and left for their homes with the happy satisfaction that always follows a neighborly act.
