Sale of Mauck Mill

November 11, 1889 — Mr. John M. Strickler has sold his half interest in the Mauck Mill property at Massanutton to Mr. Philip M. Kauffman, his partner in the property heretofore. Price $1,850. Mr. Strickler will move to Rockingham County, where he has bought from Mr. J.C. Grove, of this county, a mill on Smith’s Creek. Mr. Strickler is a good citizen and we regret to lose him.
