March 26, 1987 — A group of Luray businessmen recently signed an agreement to purchase the assets of Skyline Caverns Inc.
The group will assume operation of the Front Royal tourist complex April 1, according to a spokesman for the organization, Skyline Group Inc.
The spokesman requested anonymity.
The corporation, formed by Lowell B. Baughan, Peyton B. Baughan, Saul J. Robinson and James B. Bolen, will assume control of the Warren County facility after finalizing real estate details.
Those matters are expected to be cleared by March 31.
