Special recognition to the Stanley Volunteer Fire Department and the Stanley Rescue Squad, who are not eligible to win awards in the parade, but their appearance was very good. And special thanks to the Honor Guard, DC Police Pipes and Drums, Miss Virginia and Miss National Teen for their participation.
