In execution of a deed of trust, from Larry Dewayne Meadows, unmarried, dated July 8. 2022, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the County of Page, Virginia, as Instrument No. 202202258, (Craig P. Tiller, Esq., PLLC having been appointed Substitute Trustee under instrument of record as Instrument No. 202500610 in said Clerk’s Office) due to default in payment of the debt secured, the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at public auction that certain tract of real estate known as 2411 Weaver Road, Elkton, Virginia, on the front steps of the Courthouse for the Circuit Court of Page County, Virginia on the 30th day of May, 2025, at 1:00 o’clock p.m., the following described real estate situate in the Luray Magisterial District of Page County, Virginia:
All that certain tract or parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon, and all rights, easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate on Weaver Hollow Road (State Route 607) in Shenandoah Iron Works Luray Magisterial District Page County, Virginia, containing 1.750 acres as more particularly shown on a plat entitled “Boundary Survey of A 1.750 Acre Tract of Land” prepared by Randall K. Newman, L.S., dated April 17, 2007, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Page County, Virginia, with Deed in Instrument Number 170001984.
Included with this conveyance is a 2022 TRU MH Manufactured Home – VIN No. CWP053049TN.
