WINCHESTER, Aug. 22 — Valley Health announces that it has been named one of America’s Best-In-State Employers for 2025 by Forbes. This prestigious award is a testament to Valley Health’s commitment to creating an exceptional workplace environment for its caregivers.
The Forbes list of America’s Best-In-State Employers is based on an independent survey of approximately 160,000 U.S. employees working for companies with more than 500 employees. The evaluation was based on direct and indirect recommendations from employees who were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family. The survey also included questions about working conditions, salary, potential for development, and company image.
“Exceptional care begins with exceptional people,” said Mark Nantz, President and CEO, Valley Health. “That’s why we’re committed to fostering a workplace where our caregivers feel valued, empowered, and connected to their purpose.”
Valley Health’s inclusion on this list highlights its efforts to foster a positive work culture, invest in employee development, and prioritize work-life balance. The organization offers a range of benefits and programs designed to support the well-being and professional growth of its staff.
