Vicky Lynn Ballenger, 69, of Winchester, Virginia died Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at her home.
Ms. Ballenger was born December 17, 1955 in Winchester, Virginia, the daughter of Philip Hardesty, Sr. and Shirley Foltz Garver.
She worked as an associate at Costco.
Surviving with her mother are two daughters, Brandie Lynn Bradley of Page County, VA and Samantha Jo Price of Virginia; five granddaughters, Kimberlie Pyles (Ricky) and Emma Cash (Dillon), all of Luray, VA; Halie Bradley of Page County, VA, Kristen Price of Virginia; and Trinity Bradley of Verona, VA and three grandsons, Christopher Price II, Travis Price, and Trandon Bradley, all of Page County, VA.
Her father and a brother, Philip “Buddy” Hardesty, Jr. preceded her in death.
The family will receive friends 11 a.m. to noon and a memorial service will follow at noon Sunday, February 9, 2025 at Enders & Shirley Funeral Home Chapel, Berryville. Burial will be private.
