Age 51, Shenandoah, Va.
Carl Wayne “CW” Clark II, 51 of Shenandoah, VA passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. He was born July 17, 1975 in Harrisonburg and was the son of Wayne and Becki Clark of Shenandoah.
C. W. is preceded in death by grandparents, Joe and Phyllis Clark and Garland and Ruth Meadows.
C.W. was a graduate of Spotwood High School class of 1993. He was employed by Danone North America in Mount Crawford, VA for 30 years. C.W. was an avid sports fan and a die-hard UNC Tarheels fan, sports card collector and loved spending time at Myrtle Beach, SC with his family.
C. W. had many friends and was a good friend to all. He will be missed by all those who knew and loved him.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughters, Hannah Teter and husband, Kevin of Luray, VA, Bethany Clark of Elkton, VA; brother, Brad Clark and wife, Chasity of Elkton, VA and three nieces and a nephew.
A funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m., Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at Kyger Funeral Home in Elkton with Tracy Breeden and Pastor Brook Johnson officiating. Burial to follow at Elk Run Cemetery.
Visitation will be 12 to 2 p.m., Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at the funeral home prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to offset unexpected funeral expenses.
