The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Plaintiff for delinquent real estate taxes on tax map numbers 90-A-40, 90-A-40A, and 90-A-44.
It is ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Page Valley News and that Jeffrey Lee Foster, Angela Turner, Jamie L. Foster and the heirs of Loretta Sue Foster and Lorane C. Foster appear at the above-named Court and protect his/her interests on or before November 10, 2026 at 9 a.m.
