Dudley Jose “Ne Ne” Billings-Rodriguez, 31, of Luray, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 27, 2022.
He was born on July 17, 1990, in Sterling, Va. and was a son of Dudley Billings of Luray and the late Margerita Rodriguez Billings.
Surviving in addition to his father are a daughter, Zion Frye of Luray and Companion Jaleesa Frye; two sisters, Tiffany Billings of Virginia, and Sandra Billings of Chesterfield; a brother, Arrie Billings of Virginia.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 5, at the ER Church and Rec Center by Audre King, with visitation one hour prior to the service, from 10-11 a.m. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery in Luray.
Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
