Good begins as town manager

January 11, 1989 — Ronald W. Good began his duties as Luray’s new town manager Tuesday. Good, 42, resigned his post as Page County administrator to take the new position. Good succeeds Lonnie Arrington, who has returned to his post as assistant town manager.
