Site Coordinator, Delaware North at Shenandoah National Park

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a Site Coordinator to join our team at Shenandoah National Park in Luray, Virginia. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative and onboarding tasks. What will you do?

• Create and deliver training programs, maintain training records, and provide reports on activities as needed
• Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up
• Support the hiring process by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, and interviewing candidates
• Assist team members with their onboarding, new hire paperwork, and badging
• Escalate human resources issues to the proper person and team
• Help associates with their onboarding and new hire paperwork and badging
• Issue associate uniforms
• Other duties as assigned
