Josephine Gentry Adams, 99, of Front Royal, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at Shenandoah Senior Living in Front Royal.
She was born on November 17, 1924, in Person County, NC, and was a daughter of the late James Gentry and Mary Emma Long Gentry.
Josephine had worked several years for Dan River Mills, and last worked as a Health Care Technician at John Umstead Hospital in North Carolina before retiring.
She is survived by a son, Tony Adams and wife Teresa of Front Royal, Virginia; a brother, Isaiah Matthew Gentry and wife Carol of North Richland Hills, Texas; a grandson, Kevin Adams of Virginia Beach; a granddaughter, Kira Adams of Front Royal; three nephews, Timothy, Anthony and Michael Gentry; and two nieces, Jocelyn and Marsha Gentry.
Services are planned in Danville, VA, at a later date.

Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
