STANLEY — Get the latest information on Chronic Wasting Disease in white-tailed deer just in time for deer season. Virginia Cooperative Extension will be hosting Alexandra Lombard, Wildlife Disease Technician and Fred Frenzel, District Wildlife Biologist, both from the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources.

They will provide an update and answer questions. The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 19 at 215 West Main Street, Suite C, in Stanley.
