LURAY, Jan. 3 — Members of a grand jury in Page County Circuit Court issued a true bill on a total of 44 indictments handed down Wednesday, Jan. 3 on charges placed among 16 individuals.
Those indicted by the Jan. 3 grand jury include:
• Michael Todd Foltz, of Shenandoah, Va., was indicted on a Class 2 felony for malicious assault with injuries to the victim. The offense occurred on July 4, 2023, according to court records, with an arrest on Aug. 25, 2023. Foltz is scheduled to appear in court again at 9 a.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2024 for a one-day trial.
• Maboloko Margaret Munson, of Luray, Va., was indicted on a Class 6 felony for cruelty or injury to a child through labor and a Class 1 misdemeanor for driving while intoxicated (DWI – first offense). Both offenses and an arrest occurred on Sept. 4, 2023, according to court records. Munson is scheduled to appear in court again at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2024, where she is expected to enter a plea.
• Sharon Marie Williams, of Stanley, Va., was indicted on an unclassified felony for possession with intent to manufacture a Schedule I/II drug, two Class 6 felonies for possession of a gun while in possession of a Schedule I/II drug and child abuse (disregard for life), and a Class 1 misdemeanor for carrying a concealed weapon without a permit. All offenses and an arrest occurred on Feb. 28, 2023, according to court records. Williams is scheduled to appear in court again at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 for a status hearing.
• Cameron Eugene Hypes, of Elkton, Va., was indicted on an unclassified felony for entering a structure to commit assault and battery, a Class 5 felony for entering a structure to commit assault and battery, a Class 6 felony for destruction of property (monument), and two unclassified felonies for grand larceny of an amount greater than $1,000 (not on person). All offenses occurred on March 11, 2023, according to court records, with an arrest date of July 26, 2023. Hypes is scheduled to appear in court again at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 for trial.
• Tanner Blake Breeden, of Elkton, Va., was indicted on an unclassified felony for entering a structure to commit assault and battery, a Class 6 felony for destruction of property (monument), and an unclassified felony for grand larceny of more than $1,000 (not on person). All three offenses occurred on March 11, 2023, according to court records, with an arrest on March 23, 2023. Breeden is scheduled to appear in court again at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 for a hearing.
• Derek Scott Jenkins, of Luray, Va., was indicted on an unclassified felony for obtaining a credit card number to commit larceny, a Class 1 misdemeanor for credit card fraud (less than $1,000), and seven Class 1 misdemeanors for obtaining money by false pretenses (less than $1,000). The offenses occurred on Dec. 9, Dec. 23 and Dec. 29 of 2022, according to court records, with an arrest date of Feb. 9, 2023. Jenkins is scheduled to appear in court again at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024 for a hearing.
• Gary Lee Good, of Luray, Va., was indicted on three unclassified felonies for obtaining a credit card number to commit larceny, and three Class 1 misdemeanors for credit card fraud (less than $1,000). All offenses occurred on Aug. 8, 2023, according to court records, with an arrest on Sept. 6, 2023. Good is scheduled to appear in court again at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024 for a hearing.
• Tiffany Michelle Dodson, (a.k.a. Tiffany Michelle Foster), of Luray, Va., was indicted on two unclassified felonies for possession with intent to manufacture a Schedule I/II drug, a Class 5 felony for possession of a Schedule I/II drug, and a Class 6 felony for the sale or distribution of a Schedule IV drug. Three of the felony drug charges occurred on Aug. 28, 2023, according to court records, with an arrest date on Sept. 26, 2023. The Class 5 felony drug possession charge occurred on April 28, 2023, according to court records, with an arrest on Nov. 2, 2023. Dodson is scheduled to appear in court again at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 for a trial.
• Rane Aquene Rovinsky, of Luray, Va., was indicted on two Class 5 felonies for possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The offenses occurred on June 11, 20203 and Sept. 26, 2023, according to court records, with an arrest date for both of Sept. 26, 2023. Rovinsky is scheduled to appear in court again at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 22, 2024 for a hearing.
• Karla Lynn Speck, of Shenandoah, Va., was indicted on a Class 5 felony for possession of a Schedule I/II drug and a Class 1 misdemeanor for failure to appear in court. The drug offense occurred on Sept. 4, 2023, according to court records, with an arrest on Sept. 28, 2023. The misdemeanor occurred on Jan. 11, 2024. A capias warrant has been issued for Speck’s arrest.
• Damian Michael Roberts, of Luray, Va., was indicted on a Class 6 felony for destruction of property (monument). The offense and an arrest occurred on March 28, 2023, according to court records. Roberts is scheduled to appear in court again at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2024 for a hearing.
• Jason Leon McGonigal, of Stanley, Va., was indicted on an unclassified felony for possession with intent to manufacture a Schedule I/II drug. The offense and an arrest occurred on June 15, 2023, according to court records. McGonigal is scheduled to appear in court again at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 for a jury trial.
• Ashley Annette Gray, of Stanley, Va., was indicted on a Class 5 felony for possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The offense occurred on Sept. 22, 2023, according to court records, with an arrest on Nov. 9, 2023. Gray is scheduled to appear in court again at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2024 for a hearing.
• Gary Lee Hilliards III, of Luray, Va., was indicted on a Class 5 felony for possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The offense occurred on May 24, 2023, according to court records, with an arrest on July 6, 2023. Hilliards is scheduled to appear in court again at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 22, 2024 for a hearing.
• Bradley W. Ladd, of McGaheysville, Va., was indicted on a Class 5 felony for possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The offense occurred on Aug. 20, 2023, according to court records, with an arrest on Nov. 13, 2023. On Jan. 10, 2024, Ladd entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary, with four years, 11 months, and 23 days suspended, and three years of supervised probation.
• Jenny Lee McCorkle, of Luray, Va., was indicted on a Class 5 felony for the possession of a Schedule I/II drug. The offense occurred on June 11, 2023, according to court records, with an arrest on Dec. 17, 2023. McCorkle is scheduled to appear in court again at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2024 for a hearing.
Grand jury hearings are held the first Wednesday of each month in Page County Circuit Court.
