Page Valley News highlights adoptable pets from the Page County Animal Shelter to showcase their personality!
Say hey to Cowboy!
Yee haw! This is Cowboy, fastest thumbs in the West! He is an approximately 3 year old, tuxedo, male. He was brought into the shelter by animal control as a stray.
Cowboy gets his name from his thumbs. He just seems like he would be really good at drawing his revolver. And with thumbs as big as his, he’d be quite the gunslinger!
Cowboy is an independent individual who isn’t the biggest cuddle bug, but he still loves to be in your company. Wet food will win his heart over in no time flat. Cowboy would do best as an only pet, so he can fulfill his dream of “being sheriff ’round these parts, ya hear?”
If you’d like to adopt your own rootin’-tootin’ Cowboy,
please send the shelter an email inquiry or call the Page County Animal Shelter at (540) 778-2101. Please keep an eye out for our email reply. Sometimes they find their way to the spam/junk folder.
