Official Voting Information
The Constitution of Virginia requires that you be registered in the precinct in which you live to be qualified to vote.
The Republican Primary Election will be held on August 4, 2026; the deadline to register to vote for this election will be July 24, 2026. You may do so in person in our office or online at www.elections.virginia.gov.
The Voter Registration office is located in the Page County Government Center, 103 South Court Street, Luray; the early voting office is located on the ground floor and voters may vote anytime between Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. On Sundays July 19 and 26, we will have voting from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. On Saturdays July 25 and August 1, voting will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, August 1 is the final day to cast an early vote. After this date, you are required to vote in your assigned precinct.
Absentee voting by mail is available and encouraged. The deadline to request a ballot by mail is July 24, 2026. The application may be requested by phone at the number listed below or online at www.elections.virginia.gov.
Whether you’re voting early or on Election Day, please remember to bring a valid ID.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Our office and early voting will be closed on Friday, June 19th and Friday, July 3rd. Please call if you have any questions.
