September 28, 1990 — Senior Kevin Morris and junior Buck Gordon ran for touchdowns and Gordon added a key two- point conversion as Page County High School took a 15-6 triumph over host Luray Friday night. The non-district win raises the Panthers to 2-1 while Luray falls to 1-2. Both teams open their district slates Friday night. Page’s swarming defense was the biggest factor in the game, forcing five Luray turnovers and pinning the Bulldogs back in their end most of the night. The lone Luray score came on a three-play drive which started at Page’s 43.
