Pauline Marie Knott, 82, of Luray, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2026.
She was born on February 29, 1944, in Luray and was a daughter of the late Omar Davis and Virgie Mae Short Lang.
Pauline was a member of the Forward For Christ Baptist Church in Luray.
On November 23, 1968, she married John David Knott, who died on February 5, 2022.
Pauline is survived by a son, Eddie Knott and wife Angelia of Luray; a brother, Tommy Davis of Stanley; three sisters, Virgie Ann Price of North Carolina, Peggy Jean Nelson of Louisa, and Ruth Ann Atkins of Luray; two grandchildren, Kelly Beahm and husband Dwight, and Emily Buracker and husband James; and two great-grandchildren, Miley and Everett Beahm.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Penny Marie Knott; four brothers, Leo Davis, Homer Davis, Walter Davis and Randolph Lang; and a sister, Linda Smith.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, at Forward For Christ Baptist Church.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27, at the church by Pastor Josh Parlett. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Luray.
Arrangements are being handled by the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
