Page County Public Schools is pleased to announce that Ms. Heather Foltz has been selected as the new Principal of Luray Middle School and Ms. Anita Webb has been selected as the new Principal of Stanley Elementary School.
Ms. Webb has 20 years of experience in public education. She has been a Special Education classroom teacher for 15 years, has served as the Special Education Coordinator for Page County Public Schools for four years, and has been the Assistant Principal at Stanley Elementary since April of 2019. Ms. Webb has two daughters that attend Luray High School. She loves working with children and watching them develop and grow. In her free time, Ms. Webb enjoys traveling, cooking, listening to live music, and spending time with family and friends. She is thrilled to serve as the new Principal at Stanley Elementary and looks forward to working closely with the students, faculty, staff and families of Stanley Elementary.
Ms. Foltz is a graduate of Luray High School and Eastern Mennonite University. She earned her Master’s Degree from Jones International University in Administration and Supervision. After teaching for 16 years and then becoming an assistant principal, she is ready for her next role with PCPS. In addition to being an active member of the community, Ms. Foltz enjoys watching her son and daughter compete on athletic teams at Luray High School. In her free time, she enjoys reading and playing golf. Ms. Foltz is excited to be serving the Luray community as the next Principal of Luray Middle School and cannot wait to continue her work with the students, staff, parents, and community.
Ms. Webb and Ms. Foltz will both begin their principalships on Monday, April 4, 2022. Interim assistant principals will be placed at both schools for the remainder of the 2021-2022 school year. The assistant principal positions at both Stanley Elementary and Luray Middle School will be posted on the division’s website with a July 1, 2022 start date.
Both Ms. Webb and Ms. Foltz bring a variety of experiences to their positions, and their skills will help both schools move forward to ensure that we continue to provide the very best experiences to students and staff.
