Ronald Eugene Cook, 68, of Luray, died on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at the University of Virginia Medical Center.
He was born on Jan. 18, 1954, in Luray and was a son of the late Lloyd Shannon Cook and Catherine Silvious Cook.
Mr. Cook was a driver for Richard’s Bus Lines for 12 years.
On June 9, 1979, he married Sandra Ellis Cook, who survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a son, Ronald E. Cook Jr. of Luray; a daughter, Michelle D. Cook of Shenandoah; six brothers, Bobby Joe, Ricky Lee and Stevie Allen Cook, all of Luray, Donald Cook of West Virginia, Danny Cook of New Market, and Roger Lee Cook of Shenandoah; two sisters, Brenda Cook and Peggy Cook, both of Luray; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Silvious.
Services are planned for a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by The Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
