Steven Ray Hilliards, 53, of Luray, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
He was born on August 31, 1970, in Luray and was a son of Mary Sours Hilliards and companion Carl Rudolph Jr. of Shenandoah and the late Chester Ray Hilliards of Luray.
Steven was an avid music lover, had a love for Chevelles and loved his family and friends.
A funeral service will be conducted at 4 p.m. on Friday, January 5, at the Bradley Funeral Home by Pastor Josh Parlett, with visitation one hour prior to the service, from 3 to 4 p.m.
There will be no graveside service but burial will be in the Stanley Advent Cemetery.
