WINCHESTER, JAN. 16 — Valley Health announces the opening of the 2025 application period for our Community Partnership Grant program. From January 15 to February 25, local non-profit organizations are invited to apply for one of 11 one-year grants totaling $200,000. These grants are designed to address critical health needs within our community.
“Valley Health recognizes our community’s health concerns are complex and that we cannot solve them alone,” said Jason Craig, Director of Community Health for Valley Health. “We are proud to support and partner with area community agencies, allowing us to leverage our resources for more meaningful impact on persistent health trends and disparities affecting our region.”
The grant awards are structured as follows:
• One grant award of $50,000
• Four awards of $25,000 each
• Four awards of $10,000 each
• Four mini-grants of $2,500 each
Grant recipients will be selected through a competitive application process that evaluates how proposed projects align with Valley Health’s strategic priorities, including education and navigation, mobile health, telehealth, transportation, the behavioral health continuum, and community collaborations. The recipients of the Community Partnership Grants will be announced in April 2025.
