Wanda Lou Good Wallace, 72, of Luray, passed away on Friday, Nov. 19, 2021, at Winchester Medical Center.
She was born on June 4, 1949, in Luray and was a daughter of the late Joseph Harold Good and Elsie Mae Turner Good.
Wanda worked as a machine operator at Anderson Corporation for 20 years.
On June 27, 1962, she married Douglas Elwood Wallace, who died on July 28, 2012.
Wanda is survived by a son, Douglas Elwood Wallace Jr. and wife Carmen of Luray; a daughter, Linda A. Adams and fiancé Junior Short of Luray; a sister, Doris Jean Wallace of Luray; four granddaughters, Ashley Lawson and husband Levi, Amanda Painter and fiancé Jeremy Wood, Natasha Price and husband Jacob Carvell, all of Luray and Daniela Morris and husband Chad,of Grottoes ; one grandson, Michael Beck and wife April of Luray; nine great-grandchildren, Jordan Lawson, Kiara Lawson, Eliagh Lawson, Mike Beck Jr., Madeline Carvell, Logan Carvell, Kenleigh Cubbage, Elizabeth Wood and Isaiah Morris; and one great-great-grandson, Jordan Lawson Jr.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, June Elizabeth Richards and Brenda Gray.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 23, at the Bradley Funeral Home by Pastor Josh Parlett. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Luray.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 22, at the funeral home.
