June 9, 1967 — Three Luray youths pleaded guilty to damaging and defacing private property in Page County before Judge Mark D. Woodward in Page County Court Tuesday of this week.
The three were charged with shooting windows or doors of 81 business places and one home in Page County on or about May 8. There were 82 warrants sworn out against the youths.
Judge Woodward sentenced each of the youths to 10 days in jail and costs on each warrant. All except 180 days in jail for each boy was suspended on good behavior for one year and further conditioned on the payment of court costs which totaled $896.25 on the 82 warrants. Each boy’s share of the costs amount to $298.75.
