Jeffrey Vaughan (right), a member of the Rileyville Ruritan Club, was recognized as the 2019 Ruritan of the Year. The presentation was made by 2019 Rileyville Ruritan President Dennis Donak (left), District Govenor Becky Lane and National Director Cassandra Flanagan. Vaughan was honored for his “unselfish contribution of time and energy” with the Rileyville Ruritan Club.
