Age 86, Luray, Va.
Barbara Ann Hughes Judd, 86, of Luray, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at Winchester Medical Center.
She was born on May 28, 1940, in Virginia and was a daughter of the late Jennings Thurston Hughes and Beatrice Ellen Bailey Hughes.
Barbara was a member of the New Market Eagles and the Luray Moose Lodge. She attended Rileyville Baptist Church.
Her husband, Drexel Eugene Judd, died on June 28, 2023.
Barbara is survived by three sons, David Judd (wife Kathleen) of Front Royal, and Greg Judd (wife Mandy) and Larry Judd, both of Luray; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Robert “Tim” Judd; and a brother, Walter Franklin Hughes.
Arrangements are being handled by the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
