Burner leaves Westinghouse to go in business with father

January 4, 1962 — James F. Burner, a VPI graduate with two and one half years with the Westinghouse Electric Company, has elected to come back to Luray and go in business with his father, J. Rex Burner.

Mr. Burner stated this week that he was delighted to have his son in partnership with him and that plans were being formulated to render a broadened service in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs of the community.

Jimmy is now on the job. Jimmy specialized in air conditioning at VPI in 1959 where he took his degree in mechanical engineering
