Caboose dedicated

September 9, 1990 — Del I. Clinton Miller of Woodstock spoke during dedication ceremonies for a restored Norfolk and Western cabin car at Stevens Cottage in Shenandoah Monday. The event, which included a Virginia Museum exhibition, dedication of a railroaders’ plaque and a reception and tea, also marked the 100th anniversary year of the cottage, a Virginia and national historic landmark.
