December 29, 1962 — It was “Christmas all over again” for three happy youngsters this morning when they learned that their entries in the Page Valley National Bank’s Coloring Contest had won U.S. Savings Bonds. The competition closed last Saturday at noon.

First prize of a $50 bond went to Susan Lee Shenk; second prize of a $25 bond to Freddie Reiss; and third prize another $25 bond to Ann Hunter Lawler. All winners are from Luray.

Bank officials stated that a number of entries selected by the judges did not qualify under the contest rules because no Christmas Club account was registered in the name of the contestant.
