Danny Ray Bailey, 64, of Luray, passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2024.

He was born on September 28, 1959, in Luray and was a son of the late Ray Franklin Bailey and Georgia Catherine Rothgeb Bailey.

On June 2, 2001, Danny married Deborah Sellers Bailey, who survives.

Surviving in addition to his wife are two daughters, Megan Aycock of Luray, and Jaime Aycock and husband Tony of Stanley; a son, Joshua Aycock of Ohio; a brother, Lanny L. Bailey and wife Sara of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Shirley Van Deusen and husband William of Virginia Beach, and Sharon Duncan of Front Royal; and five grandchildren, Eli Aycock, Morgan Good, Lorraina Jeffries, T.J. Jeffries and Rebecca McCoy.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 9, at the Bradley Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Beahm’s Chapel Cemetery in Luray.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8, at the funeral home.
