Edward Keith Buracker, 69, of Stanley, died on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2021, at Sentara RMH Medical Center.
He was born on June 21, 1951, in Maryland and was a son of the late Edward Thomas Buracker and Julia Jeanette Bosley.
On Sept. 3, 1971, Edward married Shirley Marie Jenkins Buracker, who survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a son, Jeremiah Buracker and wife Amy Jo of Stanley; three brothers, Kenneth Douglas, Richard Neal and Donald Wayne Buracker Sr., all of Stanley; six grandchildren, Marley, Axl, Hannah, Lucy, Eva and Isaac; and one great-grandchild, Jackson.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Lewis Buracker.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 8, at the Bradley Funeral Home by Pastor Earl E. Painter. Burial will be in the Bethlehem Cemetery in Stanley.
Due to COVID-19, facial coverings and social distancing restrictions will be followed.
