Age 88, Luray, Va.
Elna Maxine Grandstaff Shifflett, 88, of Luray, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2026, at Skyview Springs Nursing and Rehab in Luray.
She was born on April 30, 1938, in Luray and was a daughter of the late Samuel Floyd Grandstaff and Mamie Catherine Aleshire Grandstaff.
Elna is survived by three sons, Victor Shifflett of Elkton, and Ricky Grandstaff and Steve Griffith, both of Luray; a daughter, Patricia Shifflett of Luray; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Grandstaff; and a son, Gary Lee Shifflett.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 30, at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Luray by Pastor Josh Parlett.
Arrangements are being handled by the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
