Deborah Laura “Debbie” Chandler, 56, of Luray, passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Winchester Medical Center.
Ms. Chandler was born July 22, 1969, in Fairfax, Virginia, and was the daughter of Rolfe Cleland Chandler and the late Alice Elizabeth Blosser Chandler.
Deborah was a project manager at G&D Industries, where she had been employed for the past 14 years. She was also an associate in the Emergency Department at Winchester Medical Center. She enjoyed spending time on the water and going skiing.
In addion to her father, she is survived by her brothers, James Nelson “Jim” Chandler, and Douglas Leroy “Doug” Chandler and wife, Sally Ann.
A funeral service will be conducated at 2 p.m., Sunday July 26, 2026, at Kyger Funeral Home in Harrisonburg witwh Deacon Fred LaSpina officiating. Burial will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
