Elsa Grace Torres, 32, of Luray, passed away on Friday, July 10, 2026.
She was born on January 12, 1994, in San Francisco, CA, and was a daughter of Stacey Leffew of Luray.
On March 10, 2014, she married Vicente Torres, who died on December 10, 2015.
Elsa had a kind, generous, and creative soul. Above all, she loved her children and delighted in being a mother. She deeply loved being one of the “great eight” siblings and her extended family of grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who were like family.
Elsa’s favorite place to be was on the river, surrounded by sunshine, butterflies, and the presence of the Lord.
In addition to her mother, Elsa is survived by one son, David Isaac Torres, of Luray; three daughters, Penelope Grace Bell, Phoenix Nova Kline, and Indie Jo Kline, of Luray; three stepdaughters, Esmerelda Torres of Harrisonburg, Bri Spain of Luray, and Lila Kline of Mount Jackson; three stepsons, Manuel Torres of Harrisonburg, Tanner Kline and Dawson Kline, of Mount Jackson; one grandson, Warren Spain of Luray; her companion, Jeff Kline of Luray; three sisters, Hannah Evans of Mount Jackson, Kali Austin of Stanley, and Sarabeth Austin of Floyd; and four brothers, Aaron Austin of Luray, Dylan Austin of Waynesboro, Murray Austin of Hubert, NC, and George Austin III of Harrisonburg.
A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 16, at the Rileyville Baptist Church by Pastor Porky Jones. Burial will be in the Rileyville Cemetery.
Arrangements are being handled by the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
