On Sunday, Nov. 1, Page Valley News put out a call for photos of your Halloween costumes on our Facebook page. Among the nearly 60 responses that we received, this youngster caught our eye and was definitely one of our favorites. The photo was submitted by Brianna Noelle, stating that the trick-or-treater was “Jessie from Toy Story.”
