Dear Editor:
Our recent Fill the Crib event, held on May 16, by the Knights of Columbus Msgr. Paul V. Heller, council #8393 out of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in Luray, aimed to support local families by collecting essential infant care items.
Taking place at the Walmart in Luray, the event saw a tremendous turnout, with the community coming together to donate 333 items totaling $2,747.91, along with an additional $247.21 in cash. All items were delivered to The Life Center Page Valley at 21 N Deford Avenue in Luray, where they will directly support families in need.

We are deeply grateful to all the volunteers and donors whose generosity and commitment made this event such a success. Together, we’ve made a meaningful impact on our community, and your contributions will help The Life Center Page Valley continue its mission of providing vital support to families.
Thank you for your ongoing support and involvement. We look forward to continuing these efforts and welcoming your participation in future events as we work together to make a positive difference.
SK William F. Bolton Jr, Grand Knight -Elect, Knights of Columbus ~ Luray, Va.
