Foster goes 3-for-3 and pitches four solid innings

SHENANDOAH, April 15 — Senior Jordan Foster went a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate against Rappahannock on Monday. He knocked in a sixth-inning run to help secure the 9-6 Bull Run District win. The right-hander also took the hill in the top of the fourth and only allowed one earned run and two hits in four innings of work, while striking out five of the 16 batters he faced.

Following a non-district, 5-0, loss to East Rockingham on Tuesday, Page County now sits at 8-3 on the season, with a perfect 5-0 mark in the Bull Run.

Next up, the Panthers host cross-county rival Luray at 6 p.m. on Monday, April 22, before traveling to Central of Woodstock on Tuesday.
