Gregory Allen “Moon” Foltz, 58, of Luray, died on Saturday, Sept. 25, 2021, at Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, Va..
He was born on Nov. 10, 1962, in Luray and was a son of the late Nelson Foltz and Martha Ann Level Foltz.
On May 16, 1982, he married Rebecca Jean Viands Foltz, who survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife are a son, Jacob Allen “Little Moon” Foltz of Luray; a daughter, Amanda Rothgeb of Luray; five brothers, Michael, Jeff “Pete,” Jason and David Foltz, and James Dunlap, all of Luray; three sisters, Sue Foltz, Debbie Good and Lisa McGlothlin, all of Luray; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Foltz; and a sister, Linda Cubbage.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 28, at the Bradley Funeral Home by the Rev. Brian Hasse.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 27, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with expenses.
