Janice Kay Dorch, 68, of Stanley, died on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at Blue Ridge Rehab and Nursing in Harrisonburg.
She was born on November 7, 1957, in Virginia and was a daughter of Mildred Foster Riley and the late Floyd Edward Riley Jr.
On February 29, 1976, she married Alfred Eugene Dorch, who died on January 23, 2021.
In addition to her mother, Janice is survived by two daughters, Gabriella Moore of Luray, and Lydia Harvey of Richmond; a son, Amos Dorch of Winchester; two sisters, Jenny Riggleman of Timberville, and Debbie Carter of Bergton; a brother, Floyd E. Riley III of Warrenton; and two granddaughters, Cheyenne Moore of Luray, and Catelyn Constable of Shenandoah.
Services are planned for a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray, Va.
