Luray High School sophomore Brady Jenkins has accounted for 30 of the Bulldogs’ 127 points over the last two games — nearly a quarter of all the points Luray scored.
On March 12 against Stonewall Jackson, Jenkins scored four touchdowns — two on the ground and two through the air. One of his touchdown runs was for 30 yards, while one of his touchdown catches went for 55 yards. On Friday against Madison County, Jenkins snagged an interception and ran 40 yards for a pick six.
The sophomore has played well all season on both sides of the ball, and will likely play a key role in this Friday night’s Bull Run District matchup with Clarke County.
Kickoff is 7 p.m. at Bulldog Field.
