Joyce Ann Campbell Waters, 77, of Luray, Va., died Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Whispering Pines Assisted Living.
She was born on May 1, 1943, in Luray, Va., daughter of the late June Edward and Mamie Elizabeth Campbell.
Joyce retired after 20-plus years working as a Secretary at Baughan Construction in Luray.
On Dec. 29, 1967, she married Lemuel Waters, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Lemuel Edward Waters of Luray, Va. and Scott Waters of Crozier, Va.; two grandchildren, Kendall Regan Waters of Crozier, Va. and Jared Logan Waters of Luray, Va.; and a sister, Betty Brooks of Crimora, Va.
.She was preceded in death by a brother, E. Aldine Campbell; and two sisters, Nancy Barnes and Frances Louise Shenk.
The family will receive friends at the Bradley Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, April 26, 2021.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Mount Carmel Regular Baptist Church.
